“Stalin” at Theatre Tivoli
Theatre Tivoli in Barcelona presents a play called “Stalin”, with a famous Spanish actor Josep Maria Flotats. The play is based on the novel “Une exécution ordinaire” by Marc Dugain. This is the story of a Russian couple, whose peace is shattered by the "plot of the white coats", a terrible phenomenon in Soviet life during which many doctors were accused of trying to kill politicians and people surrounding Stalin. The cast consists of: Carme Conesa, Pere Eugeni Font, Pep Sais, Pepa Arenós, and Francesc Pujol. Two Russian actors, Vladimir Lukin and Alexander Korothov, also take part.
