Real Madrid and Espanyol.
A Robinho strike was enough to see Real Madrid through to the semi finals of the King's Cup after a 1-0 win against holders Real Betis at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium night January 26. The win gives Real Madrid a 2-0 aggregate win following Cassano's debut goal in the first leg last week. The goal came shortly after the resumption when Beckham released the Brazilian down the left. After ghosting past a couple of defenders, the youngster finished the move with a measured strike inside the keeper's left hand upright. They will be joined by Espanyol, who beat Cadiz 2-0 at the Montjuic stadium with a brace from Jofre to give them a 4-0 aggregate victory. It is now down to the Spanish Football Federation to decide whether or not the game should be replayed. Barcelona plays the first leg of their postponed quarter final tonight against Real Zaragoza.
